baby car seat cover hot?
My husband and I are expecting a baby this December, it is quite cold here … we live Milwaukee, Wisconsin … With my first child who is now 8 years they have never had things like the beam me Cole-dd / Winter comfortable seat one cover …. Soooooooo now with this baby, we bought a comfortable blanket for the car seat … my question is that our baby should wear a snowsuit / Bunting as well …. coverage or is comfortable enough to keep the heat ?????? Sorry this may be a stupid question but as I have said they had never had this eight years ago …. and I do not know how warm these covers can be comfortable ….. Thank you, Samantha
You do not want to use a snowsuit in the car seat – if the worst happens and you are in an accident, the extra padding between the baby and straps of the car seat can cause more damage. You want the straps firmly on the baby. As mentioned Sue – Use an extra blanket, PJS warm fleece and an extra blanket on the small should be enough on cold days. Congratulations and best wishes!
